One of the most effective ways to beat jet lag is to adjust your sleep schedule a few days before your trip. Try going to bed and waking up an hour earlier or later each day, depending on the time zone of your destination.

During your flight, try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoiding alcohol and caffeine. It’s also helpful to get up and move around periodically to improve circulation and reduce stiffness.
